4. Seller Verification

All sellers must complete a verification process before submitting offers. We reserve the right to reject any seller application that does not meet our verification criteria.

5. Platform Usage

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the platform.

Users are prohibited from engaging in price fixing, collusion, or any other anti-competitive practices.

6. Bids and Offers

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate information in their bids.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of information in their offers.

Once an offer is accepted, both parties are expected to honor the agreement.

7. Commission and Fees

TangaBid charges a commission on successful transactions, which is clearly displayed before an offer is accepted.

Commission rates are subject to change with notice to users.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, TangaBid will act as a mediator.

All parties agree to participate in good faith in the dispute resolution process before pursuing other remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TangaBid is not liable for the quality of products, payment issues, or other aspects of the transaction between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Users will be notified of significant changes.
